Our Response to a Takedown Notice
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice via the email above, we will typically:

Notify the party who posted the material of the complaint and the action taken.

Provide the party with information on how to file a counter-notice, if they believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Trademark Infringement
The policy outlined above is generally also applicable to claims of trademark infringement. If you believe your trademark is being infringed, please include the relevant registration number and a description of the protected goods/services in your notice.
